Eva Lu has been teaching cake decorating at George Brown Culinary School for the past 7 years. She is also a former instructor at McCall’s School of Cake Decorating in Toronto where she taught for 7 years. Currently, she is living in Ottawa but continues to travel to Toronto to teach at George Brown College, while she establishes her business in Ottawa.

In addition to her teaching, she provides company training on contract and makes wedding cakes and other related items such as chocolate truffles made to order. Her specialties are sculpturing and modeling (e.g. custom bride and groom figurines for cake tops) and hand-made gum paste flowers.
